You are cordially invited to our “Technology Demonstration” hosted by ALMACO. ALMACO will demonstrate our newest technologies in planting and harvesting at an upcoming field day on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, in Nevada, Iowa.

ALMACO will be demonstrating the new PowerPlant automated planting system. ALMACO will showcase a New Flex-Row SeedPro 360 planter. ALMACO's patented GPS Plot Tripping Technology, marketed as SKYTRIP, will be used during the planting demonstrations. Check out the Plot Prescription Mapping System. Try your hand at the ease of use and functionality of these planting technologies, along with our extensive line of harvesting and threshing equipment. Representatives will be on site to show you the latest in plot research technology!

ALMACO will have these state-of-the-art technologies available for hands-on operation in the field from 10 am to 4:30 pm on June 18, rain or shine. This will also include a free lunch which will be served from 11:30-1:30. During this time we will have additional equipment displayed on the grounds. This will include: threshing equipment, SPC20 and SPC40 plot combines, and seed processing equipment.

Directions to the field location for Technology Demo:

From The East: Head East towards Nevada, IA on US-30E (exit 111A) from I-35. Turn left at West 18^th St. (Airport Road). Turn Right onto Lincoln Hwy. Turn left onto S-14. Go North about 1 mile. The ALMACO Field Day will be on the left side. Directional signs will be posted.

From the West: Take Hwy 30 West towards Nevada, IA. Take Exit #158 and turn right onto 19^th St. Turn Left onto Lincoln Hwy and follow it through town. Turn Right at S-14 and go North for about 1 mile. The ALMACO Field Day will be on the left side. Directional signs will be posted.

Parking will be available at the field location.
