The Only Non-Stop Harvesting System Available

in the Industry

ALMACO has developed a revolutionary method of non-stop harvesting which can increase the efficiency of most plot combines by 1.5 times. By moving the combine through the field at a constant ground speed, the HarvestMax Non-Stop Harvest System eliminates the stop and start cycles of a standard harvest routine.

HarvestMax Modifications

Novel modifications are made to the head that, along with ALMACO’s HarvestMax Software (see below) and Seed Spector LRX (see next page), allows continuous movement of the machinery through the field. In order to optimize harvest speeds, a dual hopper grain analysis system with air cylinder control of all hopper doors is required for split, two-plot combine applications.

HarvestMax Software

ALMACO’s HarvestMax Software is designed to logically control the harvest system sequence with Windows CE compatibility. Adjustable software timers are built into the HarvestMax Software that control the various sequences and allow the program to adapt to the different harvest conditions and field layouts.
