HarvestPro Series Single Calibration Sample Analysis Systems

The HarvestPro Series is a modular sample analysis system that was designed for single or two-plot harvesting applications. Utilizing a single weigh hopper and pneumatic actuators, the HarvestPro Series helps you easily analyze samples from strip tests or yield trials.

The main mechanical components that make up the HarvestPro-YT module are the split holding hopper and the test-weight hopper. The two chambers of the split holding hopper are filled with the harvested samples and then emptied sequentially into the single weigh hopper, where each sample is analyzed.

The HarvestPro-ST features the same holding hopper as the YT series. A diverter can be equipped to harvest long  lots or strip tests by installing it to the clean grain elevator. The diverter separates the continuous stream of grain to the two chambers of the holding hopper.

After the first data is collected, the sample is emptied and replaced by the second harvest sample which was filling during the analysis. When the strip test harvest is finished, HarvestPro Software sums the data.

You can control the HarvestPro Series conveniently from the cab, thanks to the ALMACO Seed Spector and HarvestPro software. HarvestPro software manages the chamber and hopper activity using adjustable software timers. Data flow and storage are also easily controlled from this technology. HarvestPro software is compatible with most notebooks and handhelds, including the Psion Workabout, Allegro and Husky models FS2, FEX21 and FS4 as well as touch screens.
