Sales and Service
We pride ourselves on delivering world class customer service to our clients. Our Sales team works hard to understand the specific needs of each client and help them turn their ideas into reality. Our Service team is a group of individuals talented in trouble-shooting and identifying solutions to support our clients in the field and beyond.
Sales consultants at ALMACO work directly with our clients to talk through their requirements for their custom-build machine. They have a great deal of technical knowledge in order to recommend the best options for each client and to work with Engineering on creative solutions. Our Sales team travels all over the United States and internationally to meet with clients in their offices and fields.
Factory Service employees work to provide in-house repairs and upgrades, while Field Service employees travel to customer sites and fields to minimize down-time and maximize convenience. We build our equipment to last for years, if not decades, and our service employees are tasked with making sure that our equipment is upgraded, and if necessary, serviced to last.
Because our equipment is custom built, service requests can run from routine to anything-but-routine. This is a role for problem solvers and people who think on their feet. Our equipment is shipped around the world, so Field Service employees get to travel to fields in South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe – it’s a great way to see the world.
